by the use of a materiality analysis. The

process involved experts having direct or

indirect contacts with the stakeholders.

The expert group considered the existing

volume of reporting, the materiality of

contents for the stakeholders and the GRI

recommendations for the Financial Services

Sector. The group determined the material

aspects of sustainable development (listed

in section 13.1) and 57 GRI indicators (four

of them sectoral) which are presented in

the GRI table of contents.
